Summer
Whether you're looking for adventure or tranquility - with around 1,000 kilometers of hiking trails, numerous mountain bike routes and 26 via ferratas, the ways to experience our nature are as versatile as the region itself.
And also the cuisine ranks with us on the highest level - many managed alpine pastures are there for you all summer.
Summercard
The Schladming-Dachstein Sommercard is available from just one overnight stay with over 100 attractions included - for example, the 8 summer mountain railroads, swimming pools, museums as well as the use of public transport in the region or an exciting family program. Another 100 bonus services are included. Valid during the summer months.
Hiking
Up you go. No matter whether you want to walk through green high valleys, follow one of the numerous spring or water hiking trails, or the really big peaks tempt you - a scenic treat awaits you in any case.
In case anyone needs a little help getting started: Eight cable cars are also there for you in summer and quickly help you over the first meters in altitude.
Winter
Watching the best skiers in the world train from the breakfast table. That does not happen often. With us you can!
As part of Ski amadé, the region not only holds 230 kilometers of slopes and 81 state-of-the-art lifts for its guests, but also 100 rustic ski huts. The heart of the ski region, the Schladminger 4-Mountain Ski Area, connects Hauser Kaibling, Planai, Hochwurzen and the Reiteralm for cross-mountain skiing fun, while the ski areas of Fageralm, Ski Region Ramsau am Dachstein, Dachstein Glacier, Ski Galsterberg, Riesneralm and Planneralm round off the offer.
In the Nordic Eldorado of Ramsau am Dachstein, 220 kilometers of top-prepared cross-country ski trails, top cross-country ski schools and biathlon offers also await cross-country skiing fans in every age group.
But there is also a lot to experience off the slopes and cross-country trails - from ski tours to snowshoeing and winter hikes to numerous places to stop for refreshments.
